Where is my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking link.
Please keep in mind that the tracking information may take some time to update. It usually becomes active once the package is close to arriving in your country, which can take anywhere from 2 to 8 days, depending on your location.
Your local delivery service will handle the final stage of shipping. If the tracking doesn’t update right away, don’t worry — your order is still safely on its way, whether by air or ground.
