Ordering and delivery.

If you're not satisfied with our products, it's no problem at all. It can always happen. Maybe we can meet you in a different way. If not, you can always return our products within 30 days of receipt.

Easy returns in four steps:
1. Send an email stating that you want to return your purchase
2. We will send you the return form via email (return costs are at the customer's expense).
3. Fill in the form and send the package
4. Get the purchase amount in your account as soon as we have receied the package, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 business days. 

Once you have placed an order, you can track your package after a few days. By entering your 4-digit order number and email address on the tracking page, you can see approximately when your order will be delivered.
